Karen’s career has crossed small business, nonprofits, sales, manufacturing, publishing, engineering, finance, and insurance — and she brings that range into every room she speaks in. She pairs it with a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Marketing, connecting classroom concepts and boardroom theory to the decisions leaders actually face when people and business priorities compete.
She is a published author, an experienced speaker and educator, and the Executive Director of Fireball Studio. Across every seat she’s held, one idea has stayed constant: leadership isn’t a title you’re given — it’s a pattern you practice.
