WHY KAREN
A grounded, real-world perspective on leadership.
Karen has seen organizations from nearly every seat in the room: frontline employee, volunteer leader, board president, educator, executive director, and business owner. Her experience spans small business, nonprofits, sales, manufacturing, publishing, engineering, finance, and insurance — giving her a grounded perspective on what leadership looks like when decisions have real consequences.
She pairs that experience with a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Marketing, connecting leadership theory to the decisions leaders actually face.
