Did I catch your attention there?
With all of the isolation protocols and social distancing, it is easy to get bored. The more that things are shut down, the more we want to do things. I got an email today that in addition to all the return curbside pickups, Michael’s (the craft store) is now offering the same service. I think that is brilliant. I personally am looking forward to starting a new painting this weekend, once I get some editing done.
Then what is up with the title of this post you may ask? Well, I am copying something that one of my fellow authors did and put up one of my ebooks for free! (Hi Lisa!) I wish I could make it free longer, but the good thing is, both books are also available for free for anyone using the Kindle Unlimited subscription service. Those with Kindle Unlimited, know that I only get “paid” when the page is read. (Yes, they know how many pages you have read. Spooky, eh?) I’ll be lucky if I make a cent per page, but I’m just happy to know that people are reading my work. If my stories can help people escape this crazy time for just a little bit, then I am glad to give away some ebooks.
