Time does fly by. Where does it really go? It’s been a while since I’ve posted about what is going on in my life as an author. I am happy to report that I am totally done with the edits for Chemical Attraction and sent it off for formatting for both print and ebook. It feels good to gets closer to the finish line and relaunch my writing career. Follow me on Amazon because that will be the first place it will be released.
With this book, I’ve decided to give the audiobook a try. I’ve never done an audiobook before. But why not give it a try and see how it goes. It doesn’t hurt that it’s only 23K words versus the traditional novel that is 50K or more. There’s a lot of problems with having audiobooks on Amazon/Audible that are in the news. The resolution to it all will be interesting and possibly change how audiobooks are sold.
Soon I should have my home office set up which will make it easier for me to record. I’ve always wanted my own office to write and create in and now it’s close to being ready. (Don’t worry Casper, it’s still your room too.)
There are many things that are coming this year that I’m not quite ready to announce. I’m scared to announce them but I will because that is how we grow. I finally feel like I am becoming the person I should be and it is exciting to see the pieces fall into place. The launch of Chemical Reaction is the first visible step. Getting my creativity back and being able to unleash it does amazing things. Someday I may even be a full-time author! Almost every writer’s dream.
