Yes, my own author site it back up. New name, same author. If anyone is wondering, KarenManeely.com is now KarenSchober.com and I am taking steps to re-join the world as an author.
So what is going on with me? For the last 4 years, I’ve been working in the world of self-publishing. Not as an author but on the publishing side. I love it and I have a great team of people I work with. Working with other authors as they self-publish their works is both rewarding and motivating. Now, its time for me to practice what I preach and get to writing myself again.
For years, I have had the worst writer’s block with a few moments of creativity bursting through. My life has changed dramatically (notice the name change) and my kids are growing up. Someone said that this is “my time” and I really feel like it is.
I’ve got some big things coming up that I can’t wait to share with my friends, family, and dare I say… readers. Much more on that soon, more than just the new look to the site.
