One of the things I really love about my job is getting to talk to other authors. Getting to do it face to face is even better. I’ve always been a fan of public speaking and conferences (of any kind) are things I can’t get enough of.
For the second year in a row, I have been honored to be a part of the Women In Publishing Summit. It’s a virtual conference featuring Women in Publishing. This year, I am on a publishing panel with some great ladies of the industry, both traditional publishing, and self-publishing.
It runs from March 2nd to March 8th. I love that you can see the presentations when they go live, or watch them when you have free time. It’s a conference that works around your schedule!

This summit is being hosted by my friend, Alexa Bigwarfe. She is an author coach and publisher and noticed that there seemed to be a real void in the female voices present in online conferences and training programs on writing and selling books. So, she set out to change that. And I thought it was a great idea too!
